About Me.

Welcome to the heart of dental care excellence and mentorship, where passion meets purpose. I'm Sade Morel, a Registered Dental Hygienist in Alternative Practice (RDHAP) based in Redlands, CA. For over 15 years I've been on a mission to make quality dental hygiene accessible, whether that means a chair in my office or a visit straight to your door.

My journey into dental hygiene started with one simple belief: everyone deserves access to great oral health care, no matter their situation. That belief is what pushed me to become an RDHAP, a license that lets me take dental hygiene out of the traditional office and into the communities that need it most.

Over the past 6 years, I've brought mobile care directly to group homes, senior facilities, and patients managing conditions like strokes, diabetes, and dementia. In those settings, oral health isn't a side note. It's a critical piece of someone's overall health, and I get to be the first line of defense.

I offer both in-office and mobile dental hygiene services across Redlands and the Inland Empire. Whether you're booking a routine cleaning, need a provider who accepts Medi-Cal, or you're a facility looking for a hygienist who can come to your patients, I've built my practice around one goal: making great care easy to access.

With over 2,000 smiles cared for and a five-star track record, my patients know they're getting gentle, thorough, and genuinely personal care every visit.

Beyond patient care, I mentor dental hygienists who want to grow their own careers or step into alternative practice themselves. My mentorship program covers workflow optimization, compliance, and the practical realities of building a mobile or independent hygiene practice. I know firsthand how much clarity and confidence a good mentor can add to that path, and I built this program to be that resource for the next generation of RDHAPs.

I've had the honor of representing the dental hygiene profession on an international stage, including speaking at the International Symposium on Dental Hygiene in Milan alongside hygienists from over 47 countries. That experience reinforced something I already believed: Our profession is a global movement, and our voice matters at every level of healthcare.

I regularly partner with dental brands, events, and organizations to deliver education and content that moves the profession forward. If you're looking for a speaker who brings both clinical expertise and real-world mobile practice experience, I'd love to talk.

Fifteen years of hands on experience. Six years of mobile care in the field. A mentorship program built from real practice, not theory. And a growing voice in the global conversation around dental hygiene's role in integrated health. Whether you're a patient, a fellow hygienist, or a brand looking to collaborate, you're working with someone who has actually lived every part of this profession.

Let's brighten your smile, grow your practice, or build something great together. Book your appointment, apply for mentorship, or reach out to collaborate below.
